Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed.We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.Piecez is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, Piecez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All package require a signature upon delivery, this is to ensure it is received by the correct recipient.
