HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY PACKAGE?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating an order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email containing a tracking number. Click the tracking number. After clicking the tracking number, the system will direct you to the carrier’s website with the status of your package.
DOES PIECEZ BOUTIQUE OFFER AN OVERNIGHT SHIPPING METHOD?
Yes, Piecez Boutique offers an overnight shipping method. For your order to be shipped on the day you placed it, you must submit your order before 2 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following morning. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be shipped on the following business day.
DOES PIECEZ BOUTIQUE OFFER REFUNDS?
Piecez Boutique does not offer refunds to credit or debit cards under normal circumstances.
However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product due to an error on our end, please contact us as soon as possible at: customersupport@piecezboutique.com
To be considered for a refund in these cases, the item must be unworn and in original condition.
Signs of wear will disqualify the item from eligibility. This includes but is not limited to:
- Fragrance or perfume scents
- Deodorant or makeup stains
- Stretching, misshaping, or any loss of garment structure.
